Fix Microsoft Teams webhook compatibility in Prefect

A public Prefect fix raised the Apprise dependency floor and added regression coverage for Microsoft Teams Power Automate webhook URLs.

The Problem

Newer Microsoft Teams Power Automate webhook URLs needed support in Prefect's Apprise dependency. This example comes from Prefect PR #22908, a real contribution listed in Prilog public results.

The Solution

The public patch raises the Apprise dependency floor and adds regression coverage for the webhook URL variants. The PR was merged on August 26, 2026. Inspect the upstream diff and tests before applying the same approach to another version or project.

How Prilog fixes this automatically

Prilog can investigate an issue against connected code, prepare a dependency or code change, and open a PR for human review. For this example, the public record establishes the code and merge outcome; it does not independently establish how much was automated, elapsed time, or human edits. No automatic merge is performed.
