Prilog vs Sentry Seer

Compare documented inputs, issue investigation, code changes, review controls, and how to evaluate Prilog and Sentry Seer.

Which workflow are you choosing?

Prilog and Sentry Seer both describe workflows that investigate software issues and prepare code changes. Prilog is worth evaluating when you want to bring production evidence, OpenTelemetry, uploaded logs, or public GitHub issues into its repository-connected fix workflow. Seer is worth evaluating when the issue already lives in Sentry and you want to use its integrated investigation and issue-fix workflow.

This comparison is published by Prilog. Product descriptions were checked against the linked documentation on October 25, 2026. It does not claim a measured quality advantage over Seer.

Sentry's issue-fix API lists root cause, solution, code changes, PR iteration, PR creation, and coding-agent handoff. Its Seer documentation describes the broader product. Supported features and account availability can change.

When should you evaluate Prilog?

Start with automatic bug fixing and inspect the public merged fixes.

How should you compare fix quality?

Use the same representative bugs and equivalent source and telemetry evidence. Complete each product's required setup. Record unsupported cases separately from incorrect fixes, and track accepted changes, regression tests, human edits, reviewer time, and total cost. Neither a generated PR nor a passing check alone proves the reported behavior is fixed.

Prilog reports 456/500 resolved in a feedback-guided SWE-bench Verified evaluation. That result is self-reported, not pass@1, and not a head-to-head evaluation against Seer. No directly comparable competitor score is asserted here.
