Reikwijdte

These terms govern access to Prilog.ai and related services, APIs, integrations, support, billing, and order forms.

Geschiktheid

U moet minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn en bevoegd zijn om uw organisatie te binden.

Accountbeveiliging

U bent verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van de accountgegevens en voor alle activiteiten onder uw account.

Geautoriseerde gebruikers

U kunt toegang verlenen aan teamleden die deze voorwaarden en uw interne beleid naleven.

Toegestaan gebruik

Use Prilog.ai for internal engineering operations, observability, incident investigation, remediation, ticketing, pull-request workflows, and related account administration.

Beperkingen

You may not reverse engineer, misuse the service, connect systems without authorization, submit data you do not have rights to process, or use Prilog.ai to violate applicable laws.

Integraties

You are responsible for configuring integrations, maintaining credentials, complying with third-party terms, and ensuring you have rights to connect data sources and route outputs.

Generated outputs

Prilog.ai may generate summaries, suspected root causes, suggested patches, tests, tickets, comments, and pull requests. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and monitoring any output before production use.

Facturering

Subscription fees, usage limits, AI credits, renewal terms, and billing terms are defined in your order form or plan selection.

Proeven

Proefversies kunnen beperkt zijn in de tijd of functies. We kunnen de proefversies op elk moment wijzigen of beëindigen.

Belastingen

Prijzen zijn exclusief belastingen, tenzij anders vermeld. U bent verantwoordelijk voor de toepasselijke belastingen.

Payment processing

Billing details, payment methods, invoices, receipts, tax identifiers, and payment status may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown during checkout or account billing.

Klantgegevens

U behoudt het eigendom van Klantgegevens. Wij verwerken gegevens zoals beschreven in het Privacybeleid en de DPA.

Processing instructions

By connecting integrations or using Prilog.ai, you instruct us to process Customer Data to provide remediation workflows, support, billing, security, and related service operations.

No model training

We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models or shared model-training datasets. AI providers process prompts, outputs, and context only to provide the requested workflow where enabled.

Beveiliging

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for the service, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and Incident Response.

Analysen and support tools

We use providers such as PostHog for analytics and Intercom for support messaging. See the Privacybeleid for details.

Ons IP-adres

Wij zijn eigenaar van het Prilog.ai-platform, de software en de documentatie. Er worden geen rechten verleend, behalve zoals vermeld.

Jouw IP

U behoudt het eigendom van uw inhoud, code en gegevens die naar de service worden verzonden.

Outputs

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Prilog.ai-generated outputs for your internal business and engineering operations.

Disclaimer

The service, generated outputs, third-party integrations, and AI-assisted recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Engineering judgment

Prilog.ai does not guarantee that a generated fix is complete, error-free, secure for your environment, or suitable for production without your review and testing.

Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan door de wet, is onze totale aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot de vergoedingen die zijn betaald in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan de claim.

Beëindigingsrechten

Elke partij kan de overeenkomst beëindigen in overeenstemming met het bestelformulier of door middel van een kennisgeving wegens materiële inbreuk.

Gevolg van beëindiging

De toegang eindigt bij beëindiging. Wij zullen gegevens retourneren of verwijderen zoals beschreven in de DPA.

Jurisdictie

Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door het recht van de staat Californië, met uitsluiting van conflictenrecht. Rechtbanken in San Francisco County, Californië, hebben exclusieve bevoegdheid.

Veranderingen

We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken en zullen de bijgewerkte versie hier plaatsen.
