दायरा

These terms govern access to Prilog.ai and related services, APIs, integrations, support, billing, and order forms.

पात्रता

खाता सुरक्षा

उपयोग की अनुमति

Use Prilog.ai for internal engineering operations, observability, incident investigation, remediation, ticketing, pull-request workflows, and related account administration.

प्रतिबंध

You may not reverse engineer, misuse the service, connect systems without authorization, submit data you do not have rights to process, or use Prilog.ai to violate applicable laws.

इंटीग्रेशन

You are responsible for configuring integrations, maintaining credentials, complying with third-party terms, and ensuring you have rights to connect data sources and route outputs.

Generated outputs

Prilog.ai may generate summaries, suspected root causes, suggested patches, tests, tickets, comments, and pull requests. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and monitoring any output before production use.

बिलिंग

Subscription fees, usage limits, AI credits, renewal terms, and billing terms are defined in your order form or plan selection.

परीक्षण

परीक्षण समय या सुविधाओं में सीमित हो सकते हैं। हम किसी भी समय परीक्षणों को संशोधित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं।

कर

जब तक अन्यथा न कहा जाए, कीमतों में कर शामिल नहीं हैं। आप लागू करों के लिए ज़िम्मेदार हैं.

Payment processing

Billing details, payment methods, invoices, receipts, tax identifiers, and payment status may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown during checkout or account billing.

Processing instructions

By connecting integrations or using Prilog.ai, you instruct us to process Customer Data to provide remediation workflows, support, billing, security, and related service operations.

No model training

We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models or shared model-training datasets. AI providers process prompts, outputs, and context only to provide the requested workflow where enabled.

सुरक्षा

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for the service, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and incident response.

एनालिटिक्स and support tools

We use providers such as PostHog for analytics and Intercom for support messaging. See the गोपनीयता नीति for details.

हमारा आई.पी

हमारे पास Prilog.ai प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, सॉफ़्टवेयर और दस्तावेज़ीकरण है। जैसा कहा गया है उसके अलावा कोई अधिकार नहीं दिया गया है।

आपका आईपी

Outputs

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Prilog.ai-generated outputs for your internal business and engineering operations.

अस्वीकरण

The service, generated outputs, third-party integrations, and AI-assisted recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Engineering judgment

Prilog.ai does not guarantee that a generated fix is complete, error-free, secure for your environment, or suitable for production without your review and testing.

दायित्व की सीमा

कानून द्वारा अनुमत पूर्ण सीमा तक, हमारी कुल देनदारी दावे से पहले 12 महीनों में भुगतान की गई फीस तक सीमित है।

समाप्ति अधिकार

कोई भी पक्ष आदेश प्रपत्र के अनुसार या महत्वपूर्ण उल्लंघन के लिए नोटिस द्वारा समाप्त कर सकता है।

समाप्ति का प्रभाव

पहुँच समाप्ति पर समाप्त होती है। हम डीपीए में वर्णित अनुसार डेटा वापस कर देंगे या हटा देंगे।

क्षेत्राधिकार

ये शर्तें conflict-of-law नियमों को छोड़कर California राज्य के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। San Francisco County, California में स्थित न्यायालयों का विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।

परिवर्तन

हम इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर अद्यतन कर सकते हैं और अद्यतन संस्करण यहां पोस्ट करेंगे।
