These terms govern access to Prilog.ai and related services, APIs, integrations, support, billing, and order forms.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activities under your account.
You may grant access to team members who comply with these terms and your internal policies.
Use Prilog.ai for internal engineering operations, observability, incident investigation, remediation, ticketing, pull-request workflows, and related account administration.
You may not reverse engineer, misuse the service, connect systems without authorization, submit data you do not have rights to process, or use Prilog.ai to violate applicable laws.
You are responsible for configuring integrations, maintaining credentials, complying with third-party terms, and ensuring you have rights to connect data sources and route outputs.
Prilog.ai may generate summaries, suspected root causes, suggested patches, tests, tickets, comments, and pull requests. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and monitoring any output before production use.
Subscription fees, usage limits, AI credits, renewal terms, and billing terms are defined in your order form or plan selection.
Trials may be limited in time or features. We may modify or end trials at any time.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Billing details, payment methods, invoices, receipts, tax identifiers, and payment status may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown during checkout or account billing.
You retain ownership of Customer Data. We process data as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
By connecting integrations or using Prilog.ai, you instruct us to process Customer Data to provide remediation workflows, support, billing, security, and related service operations.
We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models or shared model-training datasets. AI providers process prompts, outputs, and context only to provide the requested workflow where enabled.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for the service, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and incident response.
We use providers such as PostHog for analytics and Intercom for support messaging. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We own the Prilog.ai platform, software, and documentation. No rights are granted except as stated.
You retain ownership of your content, code, and data submitted to the service.
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Prilog.ai-generated outputs for your internal business and engineering operations.
The service, generated outputs, third-party integrations, and AI-assisted recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Prilog.ai does not guarantee that a generated fix is complete, error-free, secure for your environment, or suitable for production without your review and testing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate in accordance with the order form or by notice for material breach.
Access ends at termination. We will return or delete data as described in the DPA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
