Scope
These terms govern access to Prilog.ai and related services, APIs, and integrations.
1. Accounts and access
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activities under your account.
Authorized users
You may grant access to team members who comply with these terms and your internal policies.
2. Use of the service
Permitted use
Use Prilog.ai for internal engineering operations, remediation, and observability workflows.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, misuse the service, or use it to violate applicable laws.
Integrations
You are responsible for configuring integrations and ensuring you have rights to connect data sources.
3. Subscriptions and fees
Billing
Subscription fees, usage limits, and billing terms are defined in your order form or plan selection.
Trials
Trials may be limited in time or features. We may modify or end trials at any time.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4. Data, privacy, and security
Customer data
You retain ownership of Customer Data. We process data as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for the service.
Analytics
We use PostHog for analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
Our IP
We own the Prilog.ai platform, software, and documentation. No rights are granted except as stated.
Your IP
You retain ownership of your content, code, and data submitted to the service.
6. Warranties and liability
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
7. Termination
Termination rights
Either party may terminate in accordance with the order form or by notice for material breach.
Effect of termination
Access ends at termination. We will return or delete data as described in the DPA.
8. Governing law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here.
