범위

These terms govern access to Prilog.ai and related services, APIs, integrations, support, billing, and order forms.

자격

귀하는 18세 이상이어야 하며 조직을 구속할 권한이 있어야 합니다.

계정 보안

귀하는 계정 자격 증명과 귀하의 계정 하의 모든 활동을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

승인된 사용자

귀하는 본 약관과 내부 정책을 준수하는 팀 구성원에게 액세스 권한을 부여할 수 있습니다.

허용된 사용

Use Prilog.ai for internal engineering operations, observability, incident investigation, remediation, ticketing, pull-request workflows, and related account administration.

제한 사항

You may not reverse engineer, misuse the service, connect systems without authorization, submit data you do not have rights to process, or use Prilog.ai to violate applicable laws.

연동

You are responsible for configuring integrations, maintaining credentials, complying with third-party terms, and ensuring you have rights to connect data sources and route outputs.

Generated outputs

Prilog.ai may generate summaries, suspected root causes, suggested patches, tests, tickets, comments, and Pull Request. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and monitoring any output before production use.

청구

Subscription fees, usage limits, AI credits, renewal terms, and billing terms are defined in your order form or plan selection.

시험

평가판은 시간이나 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 우리는 언제든지 평가판을 수정하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

세금

달리 명시되지 않는 한 가격에는 세금이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 해당 세금에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.

Payment processing

Billing details, payment methods, invoices, receipts, tax identifiers, and payment status may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown during checkout or account billing.

고객 데이터

귀하는 고객 데이터에 대한 소유권을 유지합니다. 당사는 개인정보 보호정책 및 DPA에 설명된 대로 데이터를 처리합니다.

Processing instructions

By connecting integrations or using Prilog.ai, you instruct us to process Customer Data to provide remediation workflows, support, billing, security, and related service operations.

No model training

We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models or shared model-training datasets. AI providers process prompts, outputs, and context only to provide the requested workflow where enabled.

보안

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for the service, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and incident response.

분석 and support tools

We use providers such as PostHog for analytics and Intercom for support messaging. See the 개인정보 처리방침 for details.

우리의 IP

우리는 Prilog.ai 플랫폼, 소프트웨어 및 문서를 소유하고 있습니다. 명시된 경우를 제외하고는 어떠한 권리도 부여되지 않습니다.

귀하의 IP

귀하는 서비스에 제출된 귀하의 콘텐츠, 코드 및 데이터에 대한 소유권을 보유합니다.

Outputs

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Prilog.ai-generated outputs for your internal business and engineering operations.

면책조항

The service, generated outputs, third-party integrations, and AI-assisted recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Engineering judgment

Prilog.ai does not guarantee that a generated fix is complete, error-free, secure for your environment, or suitable for production without your review and testing.

책임의 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 당사의 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 지불한 수수료로 제한됩니다.

해지 권리

각 당사자는 주문 양식에 따라 또는 중대한 위반에 대한 통지를 통해 종료할 수 있습니다.

종료의 효과

종료 시 액세스가 종료됩니다. 당사는 DPA에 설명된 대로 데이터를 반환하거나 삭제할 것입니다.

관할권

본 약관은 국제사법 규칙을 제외하고 캘리포니아주 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 캘리포니아주 샌프란시스코 카운티 소재 법원이 전속 관할권을 가집니다.

변경 사항

당사는 수시로 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있으며 여기에 업데이트된 버전을 게시할 것입니다.
